We have stayed in several condos in Crescent Arms, and Deborah’s condos is very comfortable and very clean. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We love the location, and the gulf facing condo provides great views and beautiful sunsets! We will definitely stay again.

We had 7 perfect days with morning coffee on the screened-in lenai, walks on the beach, and beautiful sunsets. We have vacationed along the Gulf in Marco Island and Sanibel Island and found Siesta Key Beach as enjoyable as the others. 502N lends a great Gulf view…just as the picture shows… as well as being a well-provisioned unit to experience a relaxing week in Florida.

View from unit was fantastic. Staying right next to beach was awesome. My whole family really enjoyed location. Beach was easily accessible. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Can take free ride to village.

We recently stayed in 502N at Crescent Arms and loved it!! It is nicely updated, comfortable and clean but I think our most favorite part was the view – you are beach front at the “best beach in the USA” and the sunsets are absolutely out of this world on Siesta Key! There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and even a couple beach umbrellas, noodles and boogie boards – the pool facility is also beautiful and clean and the kids loved going from the beach to the pool every day! There are a couple of washers and dryers (on each floor) available to use for a fee – this was convenient and I never had a problem with availability. Check out is by 10 and there weren’t any crazy hoops to jump through to prepare the place for leaving – which I was thankful for! Debbie was great and easy to work with, we had a small problem with a running toilet and emailed her that evening when it happened, she responded immediately and someone was out to fix it the next morning with no further problems – that is great service and care!! There is a free trolley that runs up and down the street in front of the building which makes it so easy and convenient to get to restaurants in “The Village”, other beaches on the key and yummy ice cream shops!! We loved staying here and if the occasion arises we will definitely book with Debbie again!!

The view was absolutely amazing- definitely our favorite part of the unit. Loved that it was screened in, so you didn’t worry about the bugs. You could see the sunset from the porch. The unit was very clean and the building was gated with a code to get in also. Loved that chairs were provided. Would definitely stay again!

It was very clean and it provided everything we needed for the kitchen and towels for bathrooms. It is located in a great area and the view of the beach is awesome. We had no complaints with the condo to where we had to contact the owner. It being a gated condo was a nice safety measure. I would recommend this condo to my family and friends. We would definitely stay here again!
