This condo made our trip the best ever! This unit’s oceanfront view is worth every penny. At any time we were able to enjoy the gentle sound of the waves and the amazing panorama of the gorgeous ocean and white sand. We could read or meditate just sitting in our condo with the windows open and feel like we were sitting on the beach. The sunsets are stunning from the condo! In addition, the unit has all the amenities we could want: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable couches and beds, nightlights, cable TV, Blu-ray, beach toys and pool noodles, and a bathtub for the kids. We loved the keypad entrance. No need to carry a key and know the place is secure.
At the beach itself, the sand is like no other! It’s so silky soft. It’s so soft in fact I laid down on it several times and just enjoyed it. The kids loved playing in it. The healing nature of the quartz in the sand is pretty incredible. The ocean waves were gentle. Not super turbulent or rocky like other beaches we’ve been to.
We also loved the heated pool. Kids loved staying in there for hours. It was luxurious.
Also on this trip, we got to go to the famous Chalk Festival which was truly stunning. And we got to visit the state of the art South Florida museum planetarium nearby. The planetarium was dazzling and the live manatees there were so fun to watch. A short and beautiful drive away, we absolutely loved eating at the Columbia restaurant with amazing Spanish food like paella and plantains. It was very kid friendly with coloring sheets and kids menu. And the sweet shop next door is definitely a must see. They make their own fudge there and you can see them making it in a very entertaining and fascinating way. They have handmade truffles there too plus 45 different flavors of ice cream and every kind of candy you could want!
Next time we hope to see the Crystal Classic sand sculptures and pay a visit to the Big Cat Habitat in town with lions and tigers! We’ll definitely be coming back to this condo for sure. The whole trip was truly luxurious, relaxing and refreshing. We highly recommend it.

Our unit 404s was perfect for our family of 6. The views were awesome! We liked the keyless entry so we didn’t need to worry about taking a key with us. We arrived late Saturday evening and had good directions to get in the gate and find our room easily. The covered parking was a nice feature which even fit our large van! We will be recommending this unit to our friends and hope to come back again someday!

Ideal location in Siesta Key. Our unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need for a week of fun in the sun. Crescent Arms has chairs and loungers for your daily use , right on the beach. No need to lug your chairs daily. Our corner unit provided us with beach front views and side views. Each evening before heading out to the village we enjoyed the best sunsets from the unit, Highly recommend without hesitation.

The location of the condo is AWESOME! Everything you could possibly want is within walking distance: wonderful coffee, bicycle/kayak/jet ski rental, tasty cocktails and fabulous fresh seafood and other restaurants. Truly an amazing experience! The beds were great. Being on vacation without my kids, I was hoping to catch up on some long overdue sleep, and I absolutely did! The place was perfect for the four of us to relax, unwind, catch up and connect. This is our second time renting from Tracy and Pavan but in a different unit. A vacation to remember!

My wife and I came with our 2 kids. The condo was large enough to hold all of us easily. This is the place to stay for sure. We loved the quick access to the beach and the kids loved the heated pool. The unit was crystal clean and stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes, beach towels and more. The view is amazing and the owners were a joy to work with and very responsive. Thanks again for the wonderful stay and letting my family be a part of your piece of paradise! See you next year!
