This condo was perfect. It had everything you needed including beach toys. The view was perfect. The beach really is as beautiful as everyone says. I would definitely come back here

This was the 3rd year in a row that our family stayed in Crescent Arms and this was the best unit we have stayed in. The unit was clean and had all the basic necessities. The view as beautiful and we could easily see the fireworks on the 4th that were down the beach further north. The flat screen in the living room was perfect as you could sit in the living room and the dining area and still see the TV. It appears that the counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms were granite or at a minimum solid surface and both full and half bath shower areas were all in tile. We would absolutely stay here again.

The unit is exactly as represented in the photos. The unit was well-situated, spacious and clean and stocked with “starter” products (toilet paper, paper towels) although we did need to re-stock mid-week. There is a market conveniently located across the street, and Publix is not too far up the road. The property is located directly on the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs provided for guests. Having the unit be complete with beach towels was also very convenient. No complaints at all with this property and would definitely stay here again.

in Siesta Key. It was right on the beach as you stated, but your pictures do not do the view justice! We loved how well-appointed your kitchen was – very well thought out and every utensil we could need! Your condo was very comfy and the beds were wonderful! You had things in that closet we would not have had to pack – cooler, beach umbrella, rafts and toys. The water got pretty rough at the end and we bought boogie boards for the girls to play in the surf and they loved it. We were so worried about having a pool and although it was very nice we never used it once! Thank you for renting to us and having a great condo!

for her 30th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for more. Ron was very friendly and very informative about the access to the condo, gates and entrance. We felt very safe and the view from the balcony is beautiful!

Everything was exactly as is portrayed in the pictures and our stay was very comfortable. My wife is very picky and she had no complaints with our stay. The view is wonderful and the 3 sliding glass doors to the ocean made for a great view at all times. Had timely communications with the owners and everything went smoothly. This is a nice location away from the public beach but close to a little area that included restaurants and a small grocery store. Can actually walk to the village or the shopping area on the main drag which was nice. The entire complex is keyless, which was very convenient. A code was needed to get into the complex to park, to get into the condo building itself, and even the door to the condo. No need to tote a key or worrying about losing a key. incredible and just a few steps away to the best beach! The condo was very clean, spacious and had every vacation and beach item needed.
