Overall, great vacation area has lots of restaurants & shops to keep you busy, but we loved the beach the best! We had wonderful weather, stayed 2 weeks & had a wonderful time! We liked the hub restaurant in siesta key village, had fish tacos one visit & grouper bites and chicken nachos with drinks the next plus music! We found a small liquor store by city pizza that had very nice owners. We enjoyed Philippe creek restaurant & Walt’s fish market & restaurant (we did restaurant, but you can also buy fresh fish to prepare@home) Pavan & Tracy are very nice & happened to be there for vacation too, they checked with us to make sure all was ok and said to let them know if we needed anything! We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach side condo!

We had a great stay! The condo was stocked with all the amenities we needed for a week on the beach! The view from the lanai was perfect, we woke every morning to the sound of the waves.
The location is ideal, just walking distance to bars, restaurants and the grocery store; and a short “free cab ride” away to the Village and Public Beach. Everyone in the building was friendly and the beach and pool accessibility perfect! We will for sure be back!

We have loved it here at Crescent Arms. We keep coming back and with the same owners. The weather cooperated this year, so that was a plus. Our condo is always very clean and decorated nicely. There are lots of places to see nearby and food….oh my! The beach is always clean and well kept.

We’ve been coming to Siesta Key for many years now and have stayed at many places. What we really like about this place is the huge lanai that runs the length of the whole unit. Each room has sliding glass doors that open up onto the screened lanai and a gorgeous view of the south half of the beach. We enjoy keeping the slider doors open at night and listening to the waves hit the shore. Tropical paradise!

This is our third year in a row staying at this condo and we absolutely love it! The owners are great to work with and are always making upgrades (this year it was the bathrooms – new cabinets and granite counter tops. Lovely!)
The unit is clean, right on the beach and close to everything. We’ll be back next year!

]Nicely located to a number of restaurant options and the beach was beautiful. The furniture was very comfortable in our unit. We have never stayed anywhere that did not have it’s own washer and dryer so I was a bit concerned, but had no problem adjusting as they were located just outside our unit door. We had a very nice, relaxing vacation and enjoyed our stay very much.
